RETURNS POLICY: All purchases are final due to the sensitive nature of these proprietary materials. Returns will be accepted if returned completely unopened from originally shipped packaging. In such cases there will be a 20% restocking fee plus a 5% credit card fee. In the event of a defective DVD or CD, these will be replaced if returned immediately, at no cost to the customer, providing the defective component is obviously from its manufacturing and not from improper care or handling by the customer.
